…instead of tables and chairs for our backyard wedding, we had picnic blankets?
Probably not going to happen, though…

I have a hard time sitting on blankets, and I don’t know how it would work for elderly people either. I can’t sit with my legs crossed b/c my feet fall asleep too easily, and so when I’m sitting on the floor I’m constantly shifting around.
Although, if you have it in front of the Eiffel Tower I’m sure none of your guests would mind
Also, when Dorothy & I went to NYC a couple of years ago, we saw a small group of ppl, all dressed up and playing croquet and having a nice lil picnic.
